Free Lunch and Learn Webinar:

More marketing won't necessarily grow your firm if no one is there to catch the client. Firms pay good money to be found, then lose the caller in the first five minutes, and the marketing they paid for can't see it happen. Drawing on 13 years inside law firms and current data on how firms handle prospective clients, this working session shows where small firms lose the clients their marketing already brought in, across every channel: phone, email, web form, chat, and referral, and the first-contact system that stops it.

By the end, attendees will be able to:
1. Diagnose where their firm loses prospective clients across every intake channel, using a simple scorecard.
2. Put a dollar figure on what missed and slow-handled inquiries cost their firm each year.
3. Build a first-contact system: answer in five minutes, book the consult on first contact, and run one consistent intake.
4. Track the true source of every retained client, so they know which marketing actually pays.

You'll score your own firm, run your own numbers, and leave with tools you can use the same week.

About the Speaker:

Teresa Wong spent 13 years inside law firms as a legal assistant and paralegal, and kept seeing the same thing: firms pour real money into marketing to make the phone ring, then lose the caller in the first five minutes. A missed call at lunch. An email that sits for two days. A receptionist who can't answer a basic question and has to "check with a lawyer and call you back." The client doesn't wait. They move on to the next firm, and no one at the firm ever knows it happened. She built Alfredi to fix exactly that: the operational layer that catches every prospective client, day or night, and shows a firm which marketing actually produces retained clients, not just clicks.
